This Platform is exclusively used by users to trade digital assets and provides them with relevant Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”). For the convenience of wording here, The Platform is collectively referred to as “We” or other appropriate forms of the first-person pronouns. Any natural person or entity that logs into the Platform shall be a user thereof and are hereinafter referred to as “You” or any other applicable forms of the second-person pronouns.

  • to request a copy of the electronic file containing your personal data processed by the Platform;
  • to demand that we suspend the processing of your personal data;
  • to demand that we delete your personal data or stop processing it.
  • to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate personal data, and therefore you may, at any time, request to change and update your personal data by emailing us at contact@binverse.org
  • to request that we will correct inaccuracies and errors or that we will delete your personal data (except for your transaction history and other data that we are required to keep under applicable laws) by emailing us at contact@binverse.org
  • the deletion or rectification requests can be sent to us in a free form (in the body of a letter, scan, etc.) to contact@binverse.org with your full name and contact information for a quicker processing of your request. If we are not satisfied you are who you claim to be, we reserve the right to refuse to grant your requests.

Please note that your right to demand that we suspend or terminate the processing of your personal data and/or delete it is not absolute and may be limited by applicable law. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

VIII. Children’s Privacy

The Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
